Goat Cheese

We currently make crumbled and spreadable goat cheese that tastes great on salads, burgers,

crackers, fresh tomatoes, and more.

We are working on expanding our cheese offerings, and hope to have other options, including hard cheese in the near future.

Summer Favorite

One of our favorite things to eat in the summer is a

farm fresh garden salad.

We like to take fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, a red onion, our crumbled goat cheese and a balsamic dressing, for a simple, fresh, and delicious meal.

Our goat milk cheese is available on-site, at the farm, and at the Portneuf Valley Farmers Market, in Pocatello, Idaho during the summer months.

We make our cheese fresh, so make sure to call ahead and order so we can have it ready for you.
