Customer Care

There are many different factors that can affect how long your goat milk soap will last. Here are just a few...

Drying time. Let your soap dry completely after use, if it is allowed to sit on a counter or tray that does not allow the soap to dry, it will soften and not last as long.

Water Conditions. Soft water will cause the soap to lather more quickly, reducing the need to replace it as often.

Bathing Habits. Using the soap bar to lather a washcloth or loofah sponge to wash will use less soap than using the bar alone.

What am I getting?

Our soap is made using high-quality oils that are saponified over a 6-8 week process, ensuring your soap is safe and ready for use the second you unpackage it.

While we strive for perfection, each bar is unique due to the nature of being handmade.

Each bar will vary slightly in weight and size due to the hand-cutting process.

Soap bars with a colorant added, are done so by hand and will also vary in design or color combinations. Products may vary slightly from the pictures displayed.

The colorant dyes we use in our soap are all-natural, cosmetic-grade, skin safe, and non-toxic.

Custom Inquiries

We do custom orders!

If you have need of a custom order for an upcoming event, a specific scent, or a different size soap bar, reach out and we will see what we can do.

Smaller sizes are available for gifts, including weddings, book or quilting clubs, holidays, and more.

Cold Pressed soaps take 6-8 weeks to cure properly, so the sooner the better for custom orders.
